We require a £100 deposit to secure your place on a trip. The final balance is required 8 weeks before travel. If you prefer to pay by instalments you can pay in two 50% instalments. The first 50% must be paid 8 weeks before travel and the final instalment, making up the full balance due, must be paid in full at a minimum of 4 weeks before travel.

We try our best to contact everyone 8 weeks before they travel when payment is due. However sometimes due to incorrect contact details this isn't possible. Therefore it is your own responsibility to diarise when your balance is due and to make sure you make the payments on time. If you do not pay for your holiday on time and we cannot get hold of you we will be forced to cancel your holiday and you will lose any previous payments made. Therefore if you do receive reminders or answerphone messages, please contact us immediately so we can come to an arrangement with you. It is better for us that you attend your holiday and have an amazing time than we lose your money in fees to UCPA!
