If you have a problem with any aspect of your holiday you should first discuss the problem with UCPA staff while in resort, allowing them the opportunity to fix the problem immediately. If the staff are unable to solve your problem you should then contact the Action Outdoors office. We aim to have any problems resolved while you are in resort.

If you are still unhappy with the service that you have received from UCPA and we were unable to resolve the issue, please send an email on your return from your holiday explaining the situation as precisely and clearly as possible and we will pass it onto the UCPA complaints department for investigation. Please note that any complaints or requests for compensation are at the discretion of UCPA.

As an ABTA intermediary we follow the guidelines set out in the ABTA code of conduct. 

We strive to do our best to make sure that your trip runs smoothly, that you have a fantastic time and that you return home with only praise for the whole UCPA concept!
