What about the current UK travel advisory & quarantine?

At the moment there is no clear end to the requirement for a quarantine after returning from France. In order to balance certainty and planning for you, versus UCPA trying to fill the centres then at 35 days before travel we will give you an option to cancel (with either a credit note or a refund) OR you will have the option to keep the booking. However, if you keep the booking and the UCPA centre is open and able to operate then any subsequent cancellation will be according to standard terms & conditions.

As many of you are aware, we refunded everyone who had their trip cancelled due to the lockdown in France. Not many tour operators did this, and many are in still disputing refunding their customers.

We will continue to operate with our customers' best interests at the forefront of what we do. Our terms and conditions have not changed, our cancellation policy also has not changed.

The relationship between Actions Outdoors and its customers is of utmost importance. We will uphold the highest of standards, even during the most challenging of times.
