With a constantly changing travel landscape, we have temporarily modified our cancellation terms for this summer in light of Covid and travel restrictions.

35 days before travel

We will contact you 35 days before travel asking you to confirm or cancel your trip.

  • If you need to cancel, for any reason, we will refund* you or issue you with a voucher.
  • If you confirm your trip, you will need to then pay your balance in full if you haven't already.
  • If you 'confirm' your trip and pay in full, but then restrictions change for the worse (e.g. your country requires quarantine upon return, or France stops allowing international travellers) and you are unable to travel, you will need to contact us within 48h of these changes and we will cancel your trip with a credit voucher or refund*.

Less than 35 days before travel

If you book your trip with less than 35 days until travel, you will need to pay in full and you won't have the option to confirm or cancel your trip as above. However the following applies:

  • If between booking and travelling restrictions change for the worse (e.g. your country requires quarantine upon return, or France stops allowing international travellers) and you are unable to travel, you will need to contact us within 48h of these changes and we will cancel your trip and offer you a voucher or a refund*.

If UCPA cancel your trip due to French government directive

We will offer a voucher or a refund* for any trips that are not able to take place due to closure or cancellation by UCPA.

*Refunds are subject to a £20 admin fee. Vouchers will be for 100% of the value of the money paid and will be valid for 18 months from date of issue.
